Agenda’s process modeling
The aim of agendas process modeling is a detailed description of coherent sets of activities in public serices organizations. Also includes a description of mutual relations, costs, revenues, risks, priorities, quality indicators and other necessary attributes of the agenda.
The process model provides a comprehensive view of the organization, its segments and solutions for all internal and external links. It also forms the basis for a planned and systematic implementation of changes in the structures of public services and environment for analysis, simulation and design of structures, new processes of public administration.
Outputs from the process modeling and optimization can be used for example to create office guidelines, competency models, job descriptions, quality management, efficiency, financial optimization, etc..
The main benefits of process modeling include:
- Creation of maps, including a detailed description of agendas efficiency,
- Agendas organizational structure, including their continuity and sequence,
- Responsibility identification, time consuming and place of agendas,
- Requirements defining for staffing agendas including competency model
- Quantify the financial cost of agendas,
