Specialises in economic advisory for public service subjects (budget prospects, economic assessment of subjects, evaluation of budget economies or data for final accounts of municipalities and communities). As a methodologist of a department utilising data from economic software applications, Jan is responsible for the application of FISO, provides consultations to the users of this product, as well as other economic software, and produces relevant summaries from economic databases.

Martin is the guarantor of projects focusing on the enhancement of public service efficiency with special emphasis on the implementation of Smart Administration principles in the public service and local authorities. Besides processing concept papers on process, HR, strategic management, and planning he co-ordinates the preparation of grant application projects from the Operation Programme Human Resources and Education, and Integrated Operation Programme.

Martin's competence includes consultancy for implementation bodies of operation programmes and other state service and local authority bodies. He focuses primarily on the issue of implementing structural funds, evaluation of operating programmes, analyses of structural funds drawing, financial and administrative progress of the operation programmes, and building of absorption capacity. His further specialisation is in strategic development and strategic management in the public service.

Scope of competence covers economic consultancy for public service subjects. Lukáš focuses on the sphere of municipal economies where he performs economic assessment of subjects, evaluation of budget economy, setting up budget prospects or data for final accounts of municipalities and communities. As a methodologist of the economic department he participates in EU-funded projects and processes various economic materials (feasibility studies, financial and economic analyses).

The scope of Jan's competence covers economic and organisational advisory and consultancy for local authorities and state service subjects. He deals with municipal economies, setting of the optimisation of economic processes, and production and updating of budget prospects. As an analyst Jan participates in the development of the software product FISO (Community Financial Information System).

Iva is a consultant specialising in administration and monitoring of approved projects to be financed from the EU funds. She is also the author of handbooks, methodologies, and analytic documents dealing with areas related to the monitoring of a project after a grant is provided. She takes part in seminars and trainings dealing specifically with the monitoring of approved grant applications and administrative processes of implementation of public support. She also publishes papers in expert periodicals.
