In relation to the current needs formulated by the public sector organisations for quality and efficiency enhancement of their services, AQE advisors a.s. is offering the establishing of quality control model: "CAF - Common Assessment Framework"

The Common Assessment Framework, further as „ CAF model ") is based on the presumption that excellent results in the organisation's performance in its relations towards citizens/clients, employees, and the society are achieved upon the control over strategy and planning shared by employees. This model, as the only one, is fully supported by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, quality management is performed by the Department of Efficient Public Service.

Self-assessment in the CAF model offers the authority an opportunity to learn more about itself and provides an initial analysis of the work of entire authority.
