EU grants and projects
EU Structural Funds and other financial mechanisms offers to applicants in the Czech Republic a number of options and opportunities to support implementation of their plans, both in the form of investment or non-investment subsidies. Our goal is to provide our customers consultancy and support throughout the whole project cycle.
Information reporting
- Transparent commented reporting on the possibilities of drawing grants,
- Ad-hoc analysis according to the needs of target groups for which the analyses outputs are the support for acquisitions (banks, insurance companies, potential suppliers in various fields, etc.).
Project initiation
- Current state analysis of drawing grants and system of drawing grants,
- Analysis of grant opportunities, including grant opportunities for established organizations and initiation of appropriate project plans,
- Update or create projects stacks.
Project preparation
- Feasibility study, economic analysis, financial analysis (CBA), the project application and other specific attachments,
- Project schedule management and methodical cooperation.
Implementation and sustainability of the project
- Processing of continuous and stage monitoring reports and payment requests,
- The project publicity - preparation of plan of publicity, the recommendations of publicity,
- Project Financial Management - control of accounting documents, their factual accuracy and consistency of payment requests, check the eligibility of expenditure.
