Jan Obrovský

Jan ObrovskýJan Obrovský, studied at the University of Technology Brno. On a long-term basis he has been working in consultancy sphere for public service subjects. He is the co-author of several publications and also frequently publishes articles in specialised periodicals.

At AQE advisors a.s. he works as a senior manager responsible for advisory to the state service bodies and local authorities. He focuses primarily on the management of local authorities and governance bodies, setting of their economic processes, especially optimisation of budgeting, benchmarking, and consultancy in their organisational sphere. He also participates in the development and implementation of the FISO product – Financial Information Systém for Municipalities.

He frequently gives lectures and acts as an examiner and lecturer to verify and approve special professional competence to pursue state service in financial management and budgeting rules of local authorities at the Institute for Local Service Prague.

 

Martin Havlík

Martin HavlíkMartin Havlík studied at the Faculty of Economics, Masaryk University Brno. He worked in various positions at the Regional Office of the South Moravian Region, taking part in creating concept materials focusing on strategic management and planning; he was also a member of the team of head methodologists for project management and granting management at the Regional Office departments and organisations established by the Regional Authority.
 
He is currently working as a senior manager for the sphere of public service efficiency enhancement with special attention on the implementation of Smart Administration in public service and local authorities. Besides processing concept materials focusing on process, HR, and strategic management and planning he co-ordinates the drawing-up of project grant applications from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme as well as the Integrated Operational Programme.

 

Iva Rémanová

Iva RémanováIva Rémanová MSc studied at the Faculty of Economics at the Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry Brno. She has many years of experience with advisory in the management of projects co-financed from the EU funds including their monitoring and ensuring their sustainability for clients in the public sector where she specialised mainly in investment projects. Her expertise is based on practical experience with the management of projects supported from various operational programmes in the programming periods 2004-2006 and 2007-2013, and she also participated in the management and implementation of several commissions for state service subjects as part of supplying expert support to grant recipients.

She has been in the sphere of structural funds since 2004 when she worked as the head of grant management responsible for the correct management of projects after grant drawing.

At AQE advisors, a.s. she will be working as a Senior Manager with the main scope of her work covering advisory and consulting in administration and monitoring of approved projects from EU funds. She focuses mainly on the sphere of supervising the meeting of conditions important for the monitoring of the received grant as well as helping the recipients with agenda related to the grant drawing in order to reduce the possible risks relating to reduction or cancellation of already approved grants. Thanks to this she knows all about the processes during the grant approval process, as well as the processes and procedures following the grant allocation and project implementation. She also carries out analyses of the most frequently occurring mistakes and problems relating to the monitoring of the project after grant allocation while pursuing publishing and lecturing activities. She participates in seminars and trainings aimed at the monitoring of approved grant applications and administrative processes of public support implementation. She publishes her work in specialised journals.
